The weather we have been having has been perfect for my flowers. Warm days, spring showers, and lots of sunshine. The birds and bees are loving it too. They were hard at work this weekend. The Memorial Day wasn't a day off work for the worker bee. They were busy, busy. A constant buzz around the purple flowers. I'm not sure of the name of this flower but someone told me it was called Cat Nip. The robins are constantly digging in the flower beds trying to find the worms. I sat for hours trying to get close enough to her but she wasn't a willing photo subject. She kept a close eye on me. We did find a few of the robin's eggs in our front yard. I think its the first time I have actually seen a robin egg. I was so egg-cited!
You have to look really close to see the bees.
The Day lilies are blooming as well. They are really looking good. Putting on more and more flowers everyday.
